1] Login to your Google AdSense account here.. login
2] Click gear icon appears in the top right corner. select Payments
3] Click Payment settings
4] Click Add a new payment method

How to get them ?
1)Account holder name
The account holder name which you use in your bank .. The Account holder name in google adsence and the the name in bank account must match exactly
2) Bank name
your bank's full name
3) IFSC (for india)
The Indian Financial System Code.
You may find your bank branch IFSC code in the cheque provided by your bank or you can connect your bank for it .
